embarking on a two-year princess cruise

A couple from Queensland, Australia, is embarking on a two-year Princess cruise this summer. Jessica and Marty Ansen enjoy cruises so much they’ve booked two years straight with Princess Cruises. They departed from the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal aboard the Coral Princess for their marathon stay at sea.

The Covid-19 lockdown built up their craving to get back to sea, and now that the entire fleet is in operation, they are ready to go too.

“Cruising offers the ultimate holiday experience. You go on board, you only unpack once, and you have all this amazing entertainment, exceptional food, great company, and you can see the world. And, the crew deliver incredible service – that’s why we cruise,” they said.

By August 2024, the Ansens will have enjoyed themselves aboard a total of 53 cruise ships. To this point, they have sailed on 31 Princess cruises and 1,173 days at sea.

The Ansens booked two years of back-to-back cruises (795 sea days), including two round world cruises in 2023 and 2024 with Brisbane-based family-owned travel agency Clean Cruising. The couple is embarking on a two-year Princess cruise on June 16.
