Steve Cohen Establishes List Management Services

November, 1994

Inspired by his guest service experience at Walt Disney World, Steve Cohen establishes List Management Services with a singularly-focused mission: Be a leading provider of Data Management and Direct Marketing Services to help partners save money — or make money.

Partnership Established with Hologic, Inc.

June 2015

LMS partners with Hologic, Inc., a leading global healthcare and diagnostics company challenged with growing a customer loyalty database. The partnership with Hologic evolves to design, develop and operate cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) for B2B and B2C integrated communication.

LMS Partners with Carnival Corporation

June 2016

LMS commences partnership with Carnival Cruise Lines as project management support for the Princess Cruises OceanMedallion™ project. It supports the global initiative of revitalizing the travel tourism industry through robust experience innovation.

LMS is Recognized for Achieving 200 Percent Growth Over 2017

August 2018

LMS ranks 2187 on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America list for achieving a 200 percent growth rate in personnel and revenue the previous year.

LMS Establishes Guest Experience Maximization Brand, GEM

March 2019

As LMS shifts into the guest experience industry, the subsidiary brand, GEM (Guest Experience Maximization) is established. GEM’s digital solutions provide a path to personalize and enhance the customer experience.

LMS Establishes Subsidiary Brand, LMS Tech

March 2022

As LMS expands its capabilities and services, a need for a separate holdings company becomes apparent. LMS keeps its name as a parent company and creates subsidiary brand, LMS Tech, to represent its data-driven marketing and communication services.

First Proprietary Company Tool is Developed

February 2003

LMS expands the development of data analytics to tap new resources, leveraging personalized data to benefit each partner’s line of business. It would soon begin to leverage Lettershop partnership and email solutions adding to suite of services.

Data Ginsu and T.I.M.E. Tools are Launched

June 2007

List Management Services creates Data Ginsu and T.I.M.E. solutions. Data Ginsu optimizes lead targeting, while T.I.M.E. leverages data to allow clients to match territory and lead management for the direct-response campaigns. Both solutions eliminate downtime and reduce bottlenecks to create efficiency.

Automation App Developed for Princess Cruises

February 2020

To better serve the Princess Cruises OceanMedallion™ project, GEM’s design and development teams create customized xOpsTools App technology to support monitoring of Ocean Technologies. xOps App provides a streamlined way to scale support from a few ships to many.

LMS Tapped to Activate OceanMedallion™ Ships

October 2017

The LMS team begins to provide shipboard support, overseeing the installation and activation of OceanMedallion™ technologies on Princess Cruises ships. This new role takes LMS from operating on a US footprint to an international level.

LMS Provides 24/7 Technical Support to OceanMedallion™

June 2018

LMS begins staffing the OceanMedallion™ project’s technical support team. LMS changes its business model from 9 am-5 pm to operating 24/7, 365 days per year, in response to partner needs.

GEM Provides Data Integrity Support for OceanMedallion™

November 2019

This solution enhances the guest experience onboard by providing a streamlined way to monitor all OceanMedallion™ operations.

Steve leads LMS as a perpetually-evolving technology company offering project management, custom CRM, and software development. After a decade in diverse roles at the Walt Disney Company, he established LMS, which continues to enhance experiences through technological innovation. With three decades of expertise in data science, technology, and marketing, Steve has built a team of like-minded professionals focusing on the customer and the guest experience.

John Craig

Chief Operations Officer

John plays a pivotal role in leading our GEM brand with client partner Carnival Cruise Lines, providing strategic leadership in the operational management of the Princess MedallionClass® cruises. He brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management, customer service, distribution logistics, strategic planning, and cost control. John directly oversees the Network Operations Center in Fort Lauderdale, supporting the Princess MedallionClass® cruises 24/7/365.

Kristie Cohen

Chief Financial Officer

Kristie’s role as CFO ranges from day-to-day accounting and oversight to all senior financial planning and support. Utilizing a BSBA in Finance, she has been a fixture at LMS since its inception, and her contributions continue to positively impact the company's success. Beyond her role as CFO, Kristie’s continued guidance enables the LMS brands to thrive, and her 30-year marriage to Steve echoes the fundamental strength and sincerity of the LMS culture.

Kevin Kulikowski

Vice President of Human Resources

Kevin brings more than 25 years of Human Resources experience to LMS. He holds a key leadership position in our new generation of company-wide growth in the HR team's training, mentoring, and administration. A reliable and confident presence, Kevin plays the lead role in recruiting and onboarding new team members. He is also responsible for establishing company protocols and bridging the gap between LMS’s growth strategy and compliance practices.
